Revamped Daily Steal's email Automated Flows & Strategy, resulting in an additional $73k in Monthly sales attributed to email Flows.

The Brand

Daily Steals is an 8 figure daily deals Shopify Plus store around since 2009 selling everything from electronics to fashion and home categories.

The Challenge

Daily Steal’s campaigns had been performing very well but their automated email flow results had been declining over time and trending downwards in recent months. Following an in depth audit we identified a number of strategy optimisations that were needed along with some additional email flows. 

The Strategy

Conducted an in depth audit of their existing email strategy / results and identified opportunities. An email strategy was set out covering all stages of the buyer’s journey to increase revenue, LTV and brand loyalty. 

Implemented new automated email flows to ensure the brand was sending the right personalised message to the right customer segment at the right stage of their buyers journey. All existing flows were revamped in terms of strategy and email creative. Loyalty program automated emails were also setup in Klaviyo. 

Thorough AB testing was conducted to improve open and CTR rates.

We segmented their email audience by engagement, product preferences and website behaviour.

The Results

Email flow revenue accounted for 6% of revenue in February before this project commenced. By May email flow revenue increased to 10% of total sales which is a $73k increase in monthly revenue attributed to email.
