The Brand

eFavormart sells high quality wedding favors, & party supplies, including tablecloths, chair covers, and wedding centerpieces.

The Challenge

eFavormart is a well established brand founded in 2002 and drives 2 million monthly visitors to their Shopify plus store. Their Klaviyo automated email flow results had been declining and following an in depth audit we identified a number of strategy optimisations that were needed along with some additional email flows.

The Strategy

We implemented new automated email flows to ensure the brand was sending the right personalised message to the right customer segment at the right stage of their buyers journey. 

The email flows we added included welcome series for prospects, an abandoned cart flow triggered by the added to cart metric to compliment the abandoned checkout flow that was already running, site abandonment flow, re-engagement flows and flows triggered by product preferences. 

As well as adding new flows we also revamped the existing flows to maximise their effectiveness. 

We conducted thorough AB testing to improve open and CTR rates.

We segmented their email audience by engagement, product preferences and website behaviour.

The Results

Email flow revenue accounted for $112k per month at the time of the audit and after 3 months of working on the account automated flow revenue increased to $321k per month. As these email sequences are automated and optimised through AB testing, they will continue to drive this increased revenue every month.
